Choose your category (youth, teen, adult, or competitive athlete), then complete the tests which include: broad jump, 10 yard sprint, broad jump, plank hold, split squats, T-agility, and overhead reach.
Submitting scores is easy. Scroll down and you'll see the digital form. Enter your results into the form as you work through the tests. Once submitted, your results will be displayed on the leaderboard.
You will also receive an email breakdown of your results and a free gift.
